- Ambitious and realistic OKRs --> OKR as a process: goals need to be reviewed and adapted often, else they become stale and meaningless quickly --> accountability for us & employees --> push them to be more independent
- 2-3 Company Wide OKRs, then let the team create OKRs for their respective domain to fulfill the company wide OKRs.
