Quickthoughts

  • we are a bunch of beginners: people that don't know how ESCs work do ESC work
  • D&F are cynical about employees in Turkey. If this is the way we trust each other, how do you want to build a successful company?
  • Ich fühle mich überhaupt nicht als co-founder. Ich möchte ein wöchentliches Meeting wo wichtige entscheidungen getroffen werden. Immer zu dritt und nicht via Dannick oder andere von updates hören
  • Floris is micromanaging everyone. We can't build a self sufficient successful team like this.
  • Floris is communciating very harshly. I think for a healthy team environment we need different communciation
  • Good coding habits are important. A bug hunt like what Ugur is doing right now wouldn't happen in such a way, because the bug would be reported immediately and you could easily go back and find the issue.
    • proper versioning would have saved time: we know what version of the simulator is compatible with what version of the flight controller code.
  • should I suggest Floris that I will take over organization of the development and take full ownership? and tell him this is the only way I will stay?
