- Habits are the compound interest equivalent of character and personal behaviour
- 1% improvement every day will compound, but so will 1% decrease
- Underlying systems and processes are more important than goals. After the marathon (goal) you stop running. If your process becoming a runner you will keep running after the marathon.
- Small changes are not noticeable for a long time, until suddenly they show up in a overnight success.
- In order for a habit to stick you need to incorporate it into your identity:
