  • 3 positive things: learnings, relationships, fun

  • 3 negative things: things to improve

  • 3 things I'm grateful for

  • Review Todolist: move things around, prepare tomorrow

  • fill out current habit tracking.

  • digest daily notes to longterm knowledge, if necessary (do this for the daily notes in the weekly and in the monthly for the weekly.)

  • Topics that I want to reflect upon? Politics, etc

  • Add important tags to the daily note: "#learning" oder

Why do I want to incorporate this habit?

I think it makes me a more reflected person that has the ability to think deep about subjects and be prepared for discussion with other people

  • start with weekly review to see the benefit instead of directly doing the daily.
  • make it obvious: Do it on monday morning, because on sunday night I'm often home late
  • make it attractive: with the morning coffee / tee
  • make it easy: templater and obsidian, start with weekly
  • make it satisfying: show my self learnings, show tracking of this habit, never miss twice,
