Did you really put in a fucking non-compete without even discussing it beforehand?? Seriously? Is that how we treat each other? After putting 6 fucking years of my life - sweat, energy, free office space for a year, an absolute ridiculous salary for a long time - and at the end i get what you treat me like this? Agreeing to become a co-founder with a significant share and then taking it all away because we never signed a contract and only had an oral agreement. I've invested much more than Zack or the dieci guys, much more "missing salary", over-hours, but I get no shares, not even a fucking acknownledgment, I'm not included in the fucking patents even though I did contribute. This is not a way to treat people, period.
And to you Floris, I'm sick and tired of being your fucking housemaid, you are disgusting. Whenever you are living in the office it's a fucking mess. Sirup and food leftovers everywhere, everything smells like food. Cutlery and cups everywhere, have you grown up behind the fucking moon? A dishwasher is there to clean dishes, so put your fucking dirty stuff in there. How the fuck do you think you're going to build a multi-billion dollar business like this? You are an organizational nightmare and this is what is holding this company back. You pay ridiculous salaries to your employees, at least here in Switzerland and on top of that you let yourself being invited for lunch every day you're here from your interns. How fucked up is that?
