[!NOTE]- Discussion on Slack You said you don’t see a future in this company. Do you feel comfortable sharing the main reasons why? Part of the reason why I’m back is also to change things drastically and build up a better company culture to create a more productive and collaborative team. Because of that I would greatly appreciate feedback on this topic in order to tackle those points.

Yeah as a small correction, I've said I don't see a future for me in the company. I'm not here to judge or score anyone, but I know there are talented people in this company enough to get this drone flying. So the company has a future, but I don't see myself in it.I know with you taking over some affairs, things will get way better, I know you'll do a great job but there are some things you or anyone else can't undo or change. These are both company culture (as you said) and management related issues.For me, I feel a bit underappreciated, I'm unsatisfied financially and I hear or be part of some nonsense conversations daily, one of them you've experienced quite recently. I've done (almost) everything I was told and produced roughly 9-10k lines of code in about 7 months (first two months I've spent on ROS environment and existing code if you remember) + I've created a new image + created a cross-compilation system + made some side products like gnss base station and RTK tests etc. + documented most of my work.My manager thinks I've done the hard part (which for him is the image and the drivers) and as far as I see, he overlooks all the other works I've done.Maybe I haven't done as okay of a job as I think. I don't know in either case I think my decision is the best for both parties.
