Why do I want to incorporate this habit?

Because of Outlive by Peter Attia's book I started paying attention to the importance of muscle in your body. After stopping with Floorball, I also stopped working out.

I need to become an diversified athlete, whose goals are a strong body for any sport, endurance as well as stability and agility.
