- You want a great build great businesses you will need people for that. And people don’t like being called names. A few people might be motivated by that, but most of them will be this motivated by that. Calling them names is an attack on their personality because you compare their character with some idea like idiot. I agree that you need to To tell people when they do bad work, but keep it professional and tell them that the work is bad and that it’s not what you agreed upon and what you instructed.
