+- Keep CV simple and highly readable
+	- PDF format
+	- no objective / sentence
+	- black text, font, size simple and consistent
+	- No typos
+	- Bullet points
+	- put contact info prominent (name, email and phone, github link)
+	- single page if possible (except for engineering / technical where a lot of projects might be relevant)
+- Custom CV for every position you apply
+- X by Y by Z formula
+	- "Accomplished X as measured by Y, by doing Z."
+	- Be sure to have quantitative measures such as:
+		- second place out of 50 teams
+		- selected out of 275 applicants
+		- grew revenue by 15 percent
+- Advanced formatting: 
+	- experience before education (if long out of school)
