# Future Habit -
## Description
I realise often that my memory is not great remembering certain events or discussions or even things I have learned previously, such as physics formulas.
### Events
Yesterday, my dad remembered me that I let the kitchen aid fall onto the floor once, I dont remember.
Other times, Alena tells me that we have discussed a matter previously, which I cant remember.
Often when talking to Floris, hes talking about physical principles that I had previously learned (and excelled at!) at University but seem to have forgotten in the meantime.
### Motivation
I want to find out why that is and how I can improve it. I think that relationships with people become better when I remember the names, events and key points that moves people.

By creating one will progress far in life. Because in the creation process you actively use all things that you've learned in the past and mix in creativity. Therefore it enhances the learning.

### Why do I want to incorporate this habit?
Creating vs Consuming.
I think creating is the essence of life, which is why creating things must become a habit. Creating means Producing things that previously did not exist. This can include things like the following:
- write: writing means defining ones thought and putting them on paper
- program: create a new website, a new side project
- DIY: build physical things with your hands
- thinking: come up with new concepts, new models, new theories
It does not include:
- learning: this is consuming
- reading: this is consuming

Because of [[Outlive by Peter Attia]]'s book I started paying attention to the importance of muscle in your body. After stopping with Floorball, I also stopped working out.

I need to become an diversified athlete, whose goals are a strong body for any sport, endurance as well as stability and agility.
